Are you aware that on the first Wednesday of every month you have the opportunity to pray with others for St. Matthew's link missionaries? The meeting place is New Line Cottage and the time 7.30-8.30pm.
What a privilege it is to pray for those who are serving God and sharing the gospel of Jesus in many parts of the world. "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news" (Rom. 10:15) How much we should pray for them and for those to whom they minister. Jesus said to his disciples that "they should always pray and not give up". (Luke 18:1)
Information about the work and needs of these missionaries is to be found in St. Matthew's prayer diary and the prayer letters sent from the mission field. There is always much to pray for and our loving Father faithfully answers our prayers.
Please come to share in this essential, caring and satisfying prayer ministry. Missionaries should be high on our prayer lists.
