Habakkuk.

Habakkuk  was one of the Hebrew "Minor Prophets".  He lived through one of the very difficult times for the "Chosen People", around 600 BC.  He prophesied concerning the Babylonians who would be used by God to punish his people because of lack of Justice and because they followed after idols. The prophet sought answers to questions of God.  He saw the need to live by faith and trust in God, who operates on an eternal time scale, not just a human time scale.
