Morgan, until 2008, had been the Associate Minister at St Matts. He and Anna are passionate about serving God in South America. They initially spent time in Peru learning Spanish, and then moved to Loja ("Loha"), where they were partnering with local churches in leadership development and training.
| | In December 2014, Morgan and Anna and their daughters, Anika and Lila returned to Peru, following their furlough in Sydney, Australia. They have a passion to see God's church growing in maturity through the training of church leaders and the discipling of believers. Their work is dependent on the prayers and generosity of God's people in Australia. |
They are based in the south west of Peru at Arequipa ("A-re-keepa"), which is dry, dusty and noisy.
Their ministry takes place in three modes: short-term Bible School, evening courses and Theological Education by Extension (TEE).
Morgan is also the team co-ordinator for the SIM Arequipa team and he adminstrates the Theological Education Assistance (TEA) project which provides scholarships in theological education to those in need all over Peru.
